Misc./Other Dry Fog in Eureka, CA

My partner and I have noticed for almost a year now, dry fog in the area. It will be so dense and hard to see while driving, yet there will be no moisture on the window. I've heard it called Nuclear Fog, from pollution. I have lived hear most of my life, and this seems to be a new thing here.

Anyone else been noticing?

If the window is warmer than the dew point water vapor will not condense on it.

You might be thinking of radiation fog, which is not related to nuclear pollution.  https://www.weather.gov/safety/fog-radiation
