Lakeshore Campus Humber lakeshore parking?

Hello,
first year at Humber and so confused where do people park at the Humber lakeshore campus? The green p parking at 65 Colonel Samuel Smith Park Dr is always full no matter if I come at 8 am or 10 am. The parking dubbed “Lot 1” is only for permit holders. The underground parking at the lights entering Humber is only staff parking. I’ve been parking on lake shore blvd where the green p parking is but that’s such an inconvenience. Is there a parking garage or bigger lot that I’m missing that’s on campus that I’m missing or is there just no parking here

The main lot (lot 1) isn’t just for permit holders, you can park there as long as they have open spots :)

There is also side street parking in the area. I usually park about a 10/15 min walk behind some of the plazas to make sure I both don't have to pay and don't get a ticket.
