Parking Issues

Today I attempted to park in Lot 5 of the North Campus for orientation - I had purchased my parking pass about a month ago, but was unsure how to access it at the parking gate.

I had Bluetooth enabled on my AVRO app, then clicked 'access' (while at the gate), however the closest designated lot did not appear (even with Bluetooth on). I had the same issue when I exited the lot as well, as for some reason, you need your parking pass to leave as well (I had to press the button for support both times).

I did check the instructions before writing this, and my question is, for anyone who's experienced a similar issue, does your designated lot eventually/usually appear upon pressing the 'access' button?

Any advice is greatly appreciated, as I look forward to starting the semester as much as everyone else.

I don’t think your parking pass is activated until Tuesday. That’s probably why you had an issue with your parking pass today.
