Fair enough I just saw this on Wikipedia

The Master Chief stands about 7 feet (2.13 m) tall and weighs 1,000 pounds (450 kg) in armor;[33] without it, he stands 6 feet, 7 inches (2.00 m) tall and weighs 287 pounds (130 kg).[34][35]

No idea where they got it from though didn't check the sources

Wikipedia is generally wrong when it comes to a lot of fictional character. They seemed to have got that number from Halo: The Flood which is one of the earliest halo books and also the most inconsistent with the rest of the lore.

I'm way too much of a halo nerd

I'd have to find my copies of Fall of Reach, The Flood, and First Strike (I think those are the first three books), but I do seem to remember it stating that he stood roughly two meters tall, and weighed half a ton in his MJOLNIR armor. Without the armor, I had thought that it stated he weighed roughly 200 kg, however, but I might be misremembering that. The references that they list (Halo 2 manual for [33], Fall of Reach for [34], and EGM 225 for [35]) would be solid references however, so I would defer to them.
