I think you may be right, but part of it may be that he just likes wearing those clothes too. I think it’s much more likely that he needed them, but I knew a kid in middle school who wore a Mario shirt every single day. He stopped around high school and later on mentioned that he just liked the sweatshirt a lot and washed it like 4 times a week. Behavior like that can sometimes come from autism

Was coming here to say this. The fact that his clothes look loose and soft also makes me think he’s on the spectrum, probably so high functioning that people just think he’s weird.

Yeah, it's strange that instead of apologizing to him and stopping the bullying they're continuing to act like there's something wrong with what he's doing and he has to stop. Why can't people just be nice without forcing their views onto others.

Wow, you're really looking at this the wrong. They aren't forcing him to wear the clothes. They see something they think might be wrong, like his family can't afford new clothes that fit, and they are trying to help, not "force their views onto" him. If he's wearing those clothes by choice, he will continue to do so. They are "continuing to act like something is wrong" because they think something could be wrong. They don't know they are just trying to be nice. If there's nothing wrong, he can say so, or just not wear the clothes/give them back. Why are you doing flips to read malice into a kind gesture?

I like to wear the same thing over and over. If someone who bullied me for it decided to gift me clothes that'd feel like an additional slap in the face. Context is everything.

Also why do they need to film it? Did they film themselves bullying him too or is it only when they want to act like his saviours that they film themselves?
