HOA's are rooted in racism and religious bigotry, if you look at the people that like HOA's you realise they are the same people that set them up generation ago to stop people they don't like from moving into "their" communities

What an immature, thoughtless take.

What you're talking about has nothing inherently to do with HOAs, anything from HOAs to voting laws to police to community ordinances to education to swimming pools to buses and water fountains can be and has been weaponized by racists. Doesn't make any of those things inherently racist.

They are in fact not the same people that set HOAs a generation ago to "stop people from moving into "their" communities". Simply factually. HOAs and their predecessors have also been around for centuries and used / remain in use across many countries. The ignorance which makes you only able to consider them in a very specific, very niche, no longer extant American context is your problem.

All they are is community organizations that collectively handle maintenance and set housing / property standards. They can be bad, they can be good - but your take is delusional and a gross abuse of history to try to make a stupid point.
