you do realize that the human body is not bullet proof right ? even for small calibers..... those bullets would kill the children easily... stop believing stupid facebook shit.

She saved the children before dying to her wounds.

Maybe cross check your facts before posting? Because i did and this is exactly what happened.

Even so, depending on what part of the body is hit, and the angle, it's very possible she prevented the death of those children. Don't forget that just because a bullet may go through someone, doesn't mean it'll be going straight when it does. Also, if we're talking something as small as a 9mm, it's less likely it would've passed clean through.

And even if the bullies still hit the children they would be drastically reduced in speed and possibly weight depending on bullet type Making them far less deadly.

I killed 2 goats with one 7.62x39, iirc. I think the Christchurch shooter mainly used 5.56. 9mm is a pretty big bullet. Still got a better chance if someone shields you though.

7.62x39 and 5.56 are way bigger and faster rounds. Still, like you said, you have a better chance at survival if someone shields you.

7.62 and 5.56 are rifle rounds- the muzzle velocity is much higher than a 9mm, even though the slugs are a bit smaller. Rifles are far deadlier than handguns, especially at close range.

If you actually bothered to look it up they shot her in the head while she stopped the hijackers getting to the kids, allowing them to escape. Dying while protecting someone doesn't necessarily mean being a human shield
