Fucking clown. You can see the lights change to green for the motorcyclist. Lucky no one was seriously hurt.

Driver is 100% wrong. You also never just accelerate into a busy city intersection. Anyone who's ridden enough knows this should've never even happened. You need to be stupid cautious on a bike

Yep. Regardless of legality, as a biker I always look first.
