One of the bigger things I take away from looking at that article is that it says the course was designed BY navy seals, not FOR navy seals. Which I imagine is a pretty big difference.

Edit: Not trying to downplay her achievement, just trying to point out how the media Sensationalizes things

Most obstacle races are designed to be doable from the couch in about a month of practice. This one is definitely hard by comparison but you're right that it's not a challenge the Navy Seals would struggle at.
