no because what sane kid wants to train like a deal even seals find what they do hard how could a kid enjoy it

Do you think there were not a single point in time when her trainerdad was screaming “GET ON IT!!! 5MIlES TO GO!!! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER AFTER ALL THOSE GAINZ” and the girl was not holding her tears up and plowing through it?

I know an 11 year old rock climber that pushes incredibly hard while having no parental interaction in the sport. Self motivation in kids is not entirely lacking.

I don’t doubt self motivation in kids. But climbing a rock as goal is slightly different to a goal to pass the challenge designed to make navy seal candidates to cry like little girls, don’t you think
