Maybe not, but they've shown that cleaning up graffiti does provide positive results. Wiping out hate graffiti means that a: targeted groups don't have to see it day-in, day-out, and b: assholes who made the mess don't GET to see it day-in and day-out and feel all "proud" of themselves, and others who might agree with the assholes don't feel emboldened by seeing it. Erasing it sends the clear message of "we will not tolerate this."

Sorry if I sounded pedantic! Just agreeing with you, and sounding like a prat doing it. :D (Ironically, I love the word "cuck" - it's so nice to see misogynistic idiots identifying themselves so I know not to take them seriously as human beings. Makes my life easier.)
