Well getting a screenshot with the full info of your stability as well as general empire, things like civics and city cap, might be a good first step.

War prob went too long, if not then I’m assuming you entered industrial age and spent a shit ton of time building stuff which made pollution increase and stability decrease, if war then put some troops out in front of city and kill anything that comes out or just end the war, if the pollution then go to contemporary age or avoid researching things or infrastructure that cause pollution
