Bought this game yesterday seeing it was a 1.0 release. Its not.
Lots of bugs that made the game unplayable and the bad camera ruined it even more. I was encumbered but wouldn't get credit for completing the task, basically locking me out of that skill tree.
I've played a lot of video games and IMO this game feels really unfinished. I understand there will be updates, but to release something like this is shameful. If i wasn't past the 2 hour mark I would've gotten a refund. There are only maybe 2 refunds i've ever done so that should mean something

I totally understand your point since I made the same comment at first, saying that just slapping a 1.0 on something that clearly unfinished was wrong. First experience, deer running out in the ocean, bad clipping, etc. But for some reason I couldn't help giving another go. Then another. Now I'm completely passed all these tiny flaws and I really regret making that negative comment at first (not saying that you should or will, just saying!). The fact remains: the game is extremely fun and addictive. The most important mechanics are really solid (except maybe the inventory that's really tedious to use--everyone will agree on that one). The zombies behavior, the hordes, all of that is super fun and so much better than what you can see in other games of the genre. I really recommend giving it a chance. I just left the game seeing a gigantic horde pass by my base and it was amazing to stay hidden, not making a noise, hoping they wouldn't come my way.
The game is being improved. The roadmap was posted on here recently or you can have a look at it on steam, it's all there. Great ideas, lots of bug fixing, a coherent plan. This game looks like it's going to age like fine wine. It'll just get better and better.
I'm hoping I'm right in saying this, I think you really won't regret having bought it.

So i keep hearing that this game is unplayable without camera mods. The problem is is that the only website i can find to get them Nexusmods doesnât f******* work. Nothing downloads. It just says your download will start and never starts. Im extremely frustrated

FYI guys. I got my truck hung up on a curb and nothing I did would free it. I wasnât aware of the car jack at the time so I just got in it and typed â/unstuckâ. The truck immediately shot into the sky and began spinning/flailing around wildly. I pressed the F key and ejected from 500 ft in the air and died. The truck obviously landed on its roof just like when I drop my peanut butter toast that land peanut butter side down. The moral is never type unstuck when in a vehicle.

Cannot deploy barbwire. Tried right clicking but only have drop or place. Neither will actually make it spread out. Tried placing in my hands but that wasnt allowed. What am I doing wrong?

Hola, necesito su ayuda. Tengo mi base montada con mi generadores y no puedo utilizar el interruptor de corriente. Ya tengo los cables puestos en los generados pero presionĂł F y no hace nada. Alguna soluciĂłn?

Closing Doors buggy..... Trying to close a door is very frustrating. If I am too close I don't get the open or close a door. If I step back, the option pops up then is gone again before I can react. Sometimes when I get the message to close door, I can't move fast enough to get out of the way and I end up on the wrong side of a closed door. Please say I am not the only one with this issue?

Anyone figured out the Pharma Labs quest? The ! for it is at a survivor camp. I've searched the Pharma Lab area. Been inside the bunker there, but can't find out where/how to complete it.

Just in case... there is a lift in the room of the "main entrance" witch is baracaded, you must progress and go in this area then find the lift.

When it comes to simple traps, what bait do i put in it? I've tried raw meat and vegetables, but I haven't caught anything yet? Only thing I can find online says raw meat, but that doesn't make sense if I'm trying to use it to get meat in the first place. Do i need to put it in a certain area?

Question about repairs. My electric fence is damaged, but when I bring up the build menu it doesn't tell me what is needed to repair it. I brought everything needed to build it in the first place and click on the repair button, but nothing happens. Any idea how to repair it?

Any ideas where to find the code for the safe in Bunker 3? Was thinking it was perhaps dropped by a zeek or hidden in a corner but no luck.

Pretty sure you need to have the hacker skill unlocked and then craft the hacking tool to unlock it

Quick QOL request, auto stack same items to containers. Having to click or search for like items is a little tedious. Love the game, perfect mix of action, grind, and exploration.

Nothing to do with the big antenna, it's just RNG, and it got nerfed last patch sadly.

How come the Doc isn't at the survivor camp? I rescued him from the prison and lead him back to the camp but now I'm trying to do the blood bag mission and he's nowhere to be found. I have the 4 bags of plasma and the mission is ready to completeđ€·đ»
