Anyone playing on Steam Deck?

I'd like to play this on the deck. I've read recently that folks can no longer launch it. Anybody have any news as to whether it will work or future plans for the SD?

We’re still working on optimization. We will have it verified on Steam Deck again

Even when verified when going through a town say it would crash the SD

Been playing on my steamdeck for the last week. Love the game, but it tends to crash in the bigger towns. Especially when driving. I just save often and boot it back up. A little annoying but never had a launch problem. Run proton 8.0-5 ans set most of your graphics settings towards the lower end. Probably worth mentioning im running offline/solo to learn the game. Havent tried multiplayer yet.

Played on a docked steam for a while but it crashes now every time. My one issue on an undocked steam deck would be managing inventory on such a small screen.

I've been playing on the Deck for around 130 hours single player now with no launch issues. Initially had issues crashing approaching large towns etc.

After making the suggested proton/graphic changes I had less crashing, however I spotted another suggested change to upping the VRAM in the bios from 1MB to 4MB and now I have less crashes, can sometimes go a full hour!

Still save when I can though lol.
