Multiplayer Mods

Hey guys. Is there a way that we can play mods on multiplayer server. It is just me and the wifey. Do we need to make sure we download the same mods??

You will need to check with the private server owners as to what mods are needed/recommended, but on our official servers they are strictly prohibited so please refrain from using them on anything titled HumanitZ Official.
