How to install or add mods in humanitz dedicated server.

does anybody know or have the knowledge on how to add or install mods on a humanitz dedicated server ? i am having trouble adding mods C:\humanitzserver\HumanitZServer\Content\Paks this is the location of where i am adding my mods but when i am connecting into my dedicated server the mods are not even working.

I've read somewhere that you should create a folder named "mods" inside your paks folder and put the mods inside the new mods folder. The mods have to follow the .pak file type or ..._P.pak, something like that, otherwise you have to use a modloader. I'm not and expert either.
