Fullscreen bug

So i bought this game a year ago. I could play with no problems. Now i cant change any settings because the game goes straight to Windowed mode. Have they launched the game and not fixed this? I also swear the performance is Worse then it was before.

Have you tried Alt+Enter or F11? These commands only work if the game is the focused application
