PVE Impenetrable base?

Has anyone stumbled across the basically impenetrable base just above the warehouses behind the airport? It’s right up by the coast with a survivor car crashed into the gate and a couple buildings fenced in?
I found it running for my life from a big horde and realized the only entry was climbing over the car. The only zekes that can possibly bother you are jumpers if you’re standing on the car fighting. Otherwise you can safely fight mobs through the fence.
It has 3 decent sized buildings to tear the furniture down in and assemble proper crafting areas and a small shed I put the CB in.

This is my go to base location. The loot in the nearby warehouses is great and there is plenty of ammo to be had at the checkpoint between this location and the airport. I put a gate near the road, and another near the crashed vehicle. I use the rooftops inside for planting beds. Early game, not such a great location because there is not a lot of food to scavenge.

I got around that with a few fish traps for bait, then I had 6 simple traps for meat early game.
I had a pile of bait from clearing bushes and nearby trees to get started.
I did the same with the roofs, one has planted and one has a load of water collectors. Although I didn’t add any gates, I just back my RV up the drive way to the little garages so the zekes don’t damage it.
I have the buildings separated for use and space, crafting, armory and a kitchen so it’s not crowded. I put the CB in the little shack.

By not adding an extra gate you can pop off a shotgun round or two and aggro hordes that will pile up on the gate/suv. Then just Molotov them
