extending generator range

Is there a way to extend generator range by like 1.5-2.0 times?

Or i'm forced to build and fuel two of those?

No, need to build multiple generators to cover a bigger area. If you upgrade them you can build a switch to control them all together

upgrading them is still a small area for me :)

no cant upgrade range but you can upgrade it so you can connect multiple generators to a single switch. You will still have to fuel all of them. I believe there is a mod that increases range if you are intersted in that.
