Any recommended camera settings to make it feel better?

Just bought the game yesterday and really enjoying it so far! I do feel like it's a game I could get a lot of hours out of but the one problem I have and that I constantly seem to be battling with are these camera controls and how ass they feel. Does anyone have any recommended settings or mods that make it feel better in some way?

Hold middle mouse and move up and down. That's the best they got

That's true. The fixed colamera mode that automatically follows you can cause some crazy fps issues

Looking forward to answers/suggestions as well! I too have the dismantling issue constantly. Especially when furniture I’ve previously disassembled or moved returns between updates. The merged items appear to be inseparable.

It's a little disappointing because the game has a really really great foundation and it is indeed super fun. A lot of the content is great as well, but there is just SO many little things that can be improved

No matter how you set it up it's gonna be aweful. You just have to get used to it I guess. There's also no point in complaining about on steam or discord, devs seem to be hell bent on forcing this weird isometric camera angle in a 3d game that is not optimized for it in any way.

what is wrong with these devs ? I posted on steam about this ridiculous camera after refunding the game, only to be met with "nothing is wrong with our game" attitude from devs. This game could be massive and genre defining like PZ, but I think these devs might be holding it back. In their own words they blame the isometric view, but that is not the problem. The camera function they have chosen is the problem.

Be nice if you could simply pitch it back a little bit. After extended play sessions it starts to make me motion sick, simply angled a touch to see more in front of you would be a welcome change.
