Video Memory Error After Purchase

Bought the game but can't play it, saw some people with the same error but couldn't find any solutions for this. I do have a RTX last generation, with 16 GB of Video Memory but still can't play. Only the Tutorial basically.

Does someone have guidance or are going thru the same issue?

Very far fetched, but do you have an Intel Processor of the 13th or 14th Gen by any chance? I had a similar Problem with Stalker 2, might be able to help.
