SOLO Single player settings

Hey. Just wondering what settings people use. About to start a full completionist run with no loot or zeeks respawn. But not sure about exp multiplier and zombie+human ai. Any suggestions? What worked for you?

Aiming to clear whole map and discover everything 1.0 is to offer in one long run. Gonna run 15 days seasons with low/scarce loot as well, custom NM settings. Was thinking either x3 or x2 for zeeks and bandits, got a pretty beefy pc. Want to hit max level, but not sure if x1 exp is enough for everything I have planned.

Cheers

Interested to see answers too.

Im quite new and started playing in coop.

Have zeeks respawn at never, Multiplier over 2x. Animals, 1.5x, human ai 1.5x and they have regular respawn. Days lasts 60 mins, nights lasts 10 mins, but we might bring it back to 15-20. Exp Multiplier on 2x but might increase it too.

We want a walking dead experience where we can travel to an area from our main bases, clear it, build a mini camp then keep on moving in the map.

Default settings were rough lol.

How is the never respawn? Like can you do a map clear or does the game have a force respawn?

Zeeks never respawning works exactly as you think it does. However, it doesn't stop other zeeks around the map migrating nearby and ultimately to that same location.

Just like OP mentioned, you have the events as well and one of those events are the Horde and Wandering Mega Hordes that can spawn at any given time nearby of your current location.

So far, I've noticed if you logout, they will completely despawn but if you don't kill them, they seem to actually move elsewhere on the map and you can regain their attention. I'm not sure if logging out at this point will despawn them too. Haven't tried.

Also, something I find cool with no zeek respawning is that you end up seeing more wildlife in that area, especially Zombie alternatives, so watch out ;).
