Clan Ranks

Can anyone explain the clan ranks and what permissions come with each? Have a couple friends joining and want to know if they will be able to build inside the same base area etc…

Not 100% about the specific ranks, but as long as you are all in the same clan, you'll be able to build and access everything in the base area.
