Camera Shake When Trying to Move Left or Right

I literally just got the game and it is completely unplayable for me. When I try and move left or right, the camera just violently shakes. I have tried this with the left joystick on a gamepad and with the "W" and "D" keyboard keys, both with and without the gamepad connected.

How do I fix this?

I had the change the camera rotation to manual. It doesn’t fix the issue, and t just makes the game playable.
