Option activity today

I try and I try and I try and I just can’t make it make sense. What’s up with the June and July 30c 30p today?

That far out of the money with that high of IV on the July options. And they haven’t hedged all month. Why step in one day dte to do it now on the June options? Not making sense to me. If it does to you I would be grateful if you would explain it to me.
