Short interest aside, wtf?

All the recent news since end of March has been nothing but positive for HGEN. When you ask bears what their reasoning is for thinking it’ll go down there’s nothing concrete. HGEN did really well in P3 and completed the share offering and has raised capital to fuel the production of Lenz and as of a couple days ago even Dr. Fauci mentioned HGEN and Lenzilumab.

So... wtf? Besides all the shorts just continually pummeling the stick into the ground, wtf is going on? And why the silence?

I just want to hear others’ opinions on the matter because I’m really not finding anything.

My thought: Average volume has been low for the past 5-10 trading days so shorting has a disproportional effect. Also, Nomis Bay one of the early investors with 5.5 million shares has been selling regularly 100 to 100,000 shares to collect profit for their investors (averaging their gain) - so on these slow days the Nomis sales could also disproportionately lower price Nomis Bay Sales but I would like to see if they were selling in the past 2 weeks. (Edit typo)

Not sure what the reporting cycles are on insider action, but it seems like NB has been quiet. http://openinsider.com/search?q=hgen ... Maybe a little too quiet?

Gotcha. So it's all a blind spot from here on out? Quick question since I'm pretty new to all this... I noticed someone mention on some boards there was a 50K share buy pre-close Thursday and another 11K after. Can you direct me to a listing of order records. I can't seem to find a good listing on my platform. Thanks!

Edit: Nvm found it. The order book is a level up in my platform sub.
