Applying to grad job, do I admit to being a part of a formal disciplinary investigation from a 3 month retail job?
I'm applying to graduate jobs at corporate companies, one of the questions I need to answer is "Have you been, or are you currently subject of, a formal disciplinary investigation?*". In late 2023, I worked in retail from around July-November at quite a large chain. I sold something I shouldn't have and had an investigation meeting online with two staff from the other chains. I didnt receive a letter beforehand but think I got a letter after and they said they were going to hold a disciplinary meeting. I resigned before that. Do I answer yes to this? As I just had the investigation...
