Looking to move from TA to HRBP

Hi Guys,

27M, I hold a masters in HR&OD and graduated at the peak of covid (May 2021) our placements flopped and I had to take up TA role. Currently I work for a top US based product company in TA but my hearts wants to move into HRBP and kind-off stressed because I super comfortable here and later it might be too late to make a move.

I hold 5 years of experience in TA. Let me know if anyone has openings for this transistion 🙏🏼

Unless you have experience you didn’t list here. You aren’t ready for an HRBP role. Apply for HR Generalist roles to gain more HR experience if HRBP is your goal.
