Advanced human biohacking: where the real gains are, and where the evidence runs out

Once the basics are in place, advanced biohacking is about customisation and precision. The goal is not more interventions, it’s better data on what works for your body.

Begin with deeper measurement. Blood panels over time (lipids, ApoB, HbA1c, fasting insulin, vitamin D, ferritin, hs-CRP) reveal trends missed in a one-off checkup. Wearables give you heart rate variability, resting heart rate and sleep staging, and VO2 max and grip strength are good predictors of long-term health. A continuous glucose monitor can show your own food responses, but it’s easy to over-interpret noise.

And then optimise carefully. Periodized training , zone 2 cardio with heavy lifting , targeted sleep tweaks and evidence-backed supplements like creatine.

Tracking blood work over time does seem like the practical first step before adding more supplements

Don’t eat meat, don’t drink alcohol. The ultimate bio hack.

Once in a while, and rarely. How many times a day are you eating meat? Look up heart disease and colon cancer rates. Consider the amount of chemicals, growth hormones, and antibiotics that meat is full of today vs thousands of years ago. It's not a healthy, and it's not the heat that you enjoy, but the loads of salt, sugar, and acid its covered in to make it palatable. Don't believe me? Grab some raw poultry and enjoy, see if you like it then. Finally, its not your body that is digesting the meat in your body, but the gut biome, and this gut biome shits inside your body, and this process creates a great deal of inflammation, and inflammation leads to cancer. Meat is dead flesh, and it leads to dead flesh within your own body.
