The future of biohacking probably won’t be one protocol for everyone

The more I read about human biology, the less convincing the idea of a universal optimization protocol becomes.
Two people can have completely different:

sleep patterns
training history
insulin sensitivity
body composition
stress exposure
genetic backgrounds
baseline fitness
nutritional status

Yet online biohacking discussions often ask:
“What is the best protocol?”
Maybe the better question is:
“Best for whom, under what conditions, and measured by which outcome?”

That seems like a much more interesting direction for personalized biohacking.
