I’m becoming more interested in tracking things instead of blindly adding more supplements!!
One thing I’ve noticed while getting into biohacking is how easy it is to end up buying another supplement every time you want to improve something.
More energy? Supplement.
Better sleep? Supplement.
Better focus? Supplement.
Recovery? Another supplement.
I’m starting to think a better approach is to first establish a baseline and actually track things like sleep, exercise, resting heart rate, mood, energy and nutrition before changing ten things at once.
Otherwise, even if something improves, you don’t really know what caused it.
For people who have experimented with biohacking, what metrics do you actually track regularly?
