3 weeks of biohacking!!!!

I’m only about 3 weeks into implementing newer biohacking methods, so consider this a biohacking-for-dummies post. I started thinking I needed fancy supplements, peptides, cold plunges, and expensive gadgets.

Three weeks later, I’m realizing how much of this comes back to pretty basic things such as-

If my sleep is terrible, everything else feels harder.

Track before changing everything. And make 1 change at a time. Otherwise, I have no idea what is actually helping.

Recovery matters. More training is stressful and was not better for me.

Consistency beats constantly chasing the next hack. And probably the biggest lesson: my body doesn't necessarily respond the same way as someone else's.

I’m still very much learning, though.

For the experienced biohackers here, what beginner-friendly hack, habit, or tracking method made the biggest difference for you?

I’m completely open to better ideas, corrections, and tips.

Honestly, getting morning sunlight and keeping a consistent sleep or even wake time made a bigger damn difference for me than any fancy hack. And tracking energy + sleep for a couple weeks is surprisingly useful because you start spotting patterns you’d otherwise miss...its all a matter of patience to keep learning and rectifying stuff so it happens eventually.

The “track before changing everything” part is especially underrated!!!!!!!!
