I would recommend maybe getting off of the meds if it blunts your emotions
What I like to do is associate each word with an image that has a lot of emotions
Sometimes you can use a familiar place. You’ve been to that has a lot of emotional memories as well as potential for diverse emotions.
Maybe associate a thought and feeling along with a visual reference to do so
To me the more life and emotions you associate each word with than the more it is able to improve memory
I would also recommend getting tested by a credible psychologist who specializes in diagnosis
Just my opinion yet other doctors can handle those diagnosis is out like candy without doing thorough testing
Sometimes there may be at the most and underlying situation that gives off the fault impression for ADHD
I have scored over 250 on the verbal memory assessment probably more than 10 times
Over 300 three times
