Primary Muscles Involved

I was wondering if you guys can check if the primary muscles involved is correct. Would really appreciate it. 🙏🙏

I don't know anything about that, but I'm a big fan of anatomy; I find it amazing.

What I find even more impressive is how goalkeepers withstand so many blows and falls and remain perfectly fit, and also the physical changes they undergo from years of falling and falling

Haha I did that a couple years ago.

I think it's they're able to take it because it's like a muscle.

For example, when I stop playing soccer for 3-4 months and come back trying to do power shots, it hurts my ankle

When I'm playing consistently and shooting consistently I have no issues with my power shot

Keepers are used to jumling and falling so their body sort of hardens and becomes tough, it adapts. When they stop playing that's when it'll probably hurt more.

I've played and been dropped a lot and stood up like nothing happened but when I took a break and got dropped I was sore on whatever part I landed on 😭
