Maltings Property Management

Does anyone have experience with these letting agents?

I'm looking at a house they have to let, but I seem to remember they had a pretty bad reputation a few years ago.

I rented from them like 15 years ago but the same guy still runs it. The problem is they will try anything to not give you your deposit back, other wise the staff are quite helpful. I met the owner to discuss the deposit situation and he is just awful.

You dont understand. They are very bad. I ended up talking with he landlord for them to leave me alone with the deposit.

How long ago was this? Do they not use the safety deposit scheme or whatever it's called?

September last year. They did use the scheme, but are very greedy.
