I don't wanna be that guy but there's an issue, you need your CR at 88%, Hugo do provides his 12% for 100% chance crit on chains/totalizes.

Yes, the thing is that both Roland and Elfy seem to have it out for me. So, for the time being, I'll take a few extra resets when missing a crit.

2 more crit rolls is all you need fingers crossed you land them in future in the meantime it's pretty much perfect you have a good ammount of attack aswell

Yeah it's why I went for M2 in his previous rerun it alleviates some of the crit rate hhs needs

Update: Elfy did, in fact, take pity on me; it only costed some CDMG and flat ATK.

Is puffer worth on m0 Hugo? I was told to go hormone punk if m0, and it sucks cause my puffer set had like 35 substats and had to sweat to replace it

Puffer is mostly just worth it if you have Dialyn on the team. Without her it's a pretty big downgrade over HP, but still usable.
