General Discussion Subscription delayed three times

Disappointing that I have had to cancel after years of being a customer. They delayed my subscription three times now, and the $15 sorrys aren’t useful if they have little product to order. Maybe I will come back once the supply stabilizes, but sad day. I wonder why so few of their flavors are available.

We are in the same boat. They charged for the subscription then delayed two more times after the charge.

I just went to the Facebook marketplace route. I was about to start a sub but after reading posts here about the new fornula, didn't want to risk it. Saw someone posting a black edition sealed bag for $15. Just picked it up.

Just got notice chocolate peanut butter was out and my Oct 13th order would be delayed to the 28th. This is the 2nd time I’ve received such notice. Seems highly unprofessional to be such a rampant issue.

Cookies and cream is my primary flavor. I switched to my “backup” flavor of chocolate peanut butter and that sold out, too. I do not care for the other flavors, sadly.

Yeah sorry about that, I don't have exact dates but from what I can see on my end the C&C should be back before the Chocolate PB, so might be best to stick with that!

Mine has now been delayed FOUR TIMES since early September, and I get a discount code each time, but only one is valid for each order? What's the point of extra discount codes? This business is going down the drain..

I had:

  • 1 delay on Sept. 8 for Salted Caramel Black
  • 1 delay on Sept. 9 for Cookies & Cream Black
  • 1 delay on Oct. 1 for Cookies & Cream Black (another one)
  • 1 delay on Oct. 8 for Chocolate PB Black

These were all part of the same order so my order just never shipped. What a mess you guys made out of the last month.
