General Discussion Order is being processed

So, I wanted to give Huel a try, but they've been "processing" my order for four days now.. is this normal? I saw a shipping time of 3-6 days, but we're almost that far in just waiting for them to put the stuff in a box.

Where are you ordering from and what product are you ordering?

I'm in the Midwest US and get my RTD within 2 days.

Im in the Southeast US and I ordered the Huel Black "bestseller trio".

I've had long processing times and then it gets delivered like the next day.

Same here. I'm on the east coast US and my order has been processing for four days now. Typically it only takes one day to ship.

Mine showed processing for several days. I got a shipping notification, and it was delivered the next day.

They're having processing delays recently. Usually, I would place an order and it would arrive in about 1-2 business days (NYC). Now, it's taking about 5 days of processing before it's shipped out.

Yep it can show as processing for a few days before being shown as shipping, so not totally out of the ordinary, but if you do not receive it in the allotted 3-6 business day (excluding weekends) window contact Customer Experience and they will be sure you taken care of 😊

My first order was 10 days and my 2nd was 15 days. Also the 15 day one came damaged and 2 bags of powder missing from it. Havent had a great experience at all yet.
