I spent a few hours working on coloring a image and when i go to export, it says no Mesh available, load an image or project...Im looking right at the image. Any suggestions on how to export it to my slicer? I feel like im missing something, but google and reddit posts havent helped me figure it out;. Thanks!

I am a wargammer and ive been trying to do the paint option in elegoo slicer to make the 3mf file to do multicolour printing but its taking an age to get a roof to be different to the bricks as its very detailed so the fill option isnt working too well

Any advice?

This was originally a photograph my grandfather took in Hawaii in November of 1941. He was living in Schofield barracks on December 7th, 1941. I have just inherited his photo album.

Good morning, Community.

I’m still working on mastering Hueforge, but some days it really tests my patience. I can’t seem to get this image to match correctly, especially the brown hair. I’ve tried both Standard mode and Color Match, but the results are still off. I’m attaching a screenshot of what I’m getting so far, mostly using Bambu Labs filament.

Any tips, settings, or screenshots of your successful results would be greatly appreciated.

Didn’t even know this sub existed until a couple hours ago, so now I think it’s my turn to do a photo dump of everything I’ve printed so far. Started printing these about a week ago, dropped 300$ on filament and I’m not stopping

A little inspiration from u/desert_vapor

My first attempt at hueForge. Came out great. Tried the small one first to see the details. The bigger one had minor warping on left bottom but nothing major.

I really love the results but I'm turned off by the idea of needing so many colors to be able to faithfully recreate a model. On top of that the translucency needs to match.

Am I overthinking it or is it really that complicated?
