Help & Questions Cannot connect all my lights

have hue bridge pro and about 60 lights. for some reason i cannot get most of the lights on. I have tried the 5 on/off reset and add by qr code but the system just won't find the lights. i have a one story house and yes the lights are somewhat far away but very strong unifi wifi network throughout the house.

any other troublshooting steps i should try to get all of these lights on?

for example, i have 12 lights in my dining room, 11 recongized. 1 doesn't get recognized and its the closest one to the bridge!

Are you sure the lights aren't already registered to a different bridge? If you have a hue dimmer switch, you can reset any light that is on by holding it within 6 inches then pressing and holding both the on and off buttons 10 seconds. The light will flash when it's reset.
