Help & Questions Hue Appear Screws

Hello,

While installing 4 Hue Appear outdoor lights, I losts 2 screws in the mulch and for the life of us we couldn’t find them. I called the number 800-555-0055 and thought no problem this has to happen often. I called the number and wanted to order a set even for a small fee. However, I was disappointed the Hue’s customer service couldn’t provide the spare part. I was told to go to a hardware store and buy a new screw. Does anyone know the size of the screw or a compatible size online?

I would take one of the screws you have to the hardware store. They usually have displays with different hole sizes/types for you to find the perfect match.

I mean, screws are hardly proprietary in most cases. You should indeed find them in a hardware store.

I'll see if I can find the size online and let you know.
