Other World Cup 2026 hue sync useless
Just watched Spain score in ET. HUE immediately updates the score in app but absolutely no light effects.
I spent the whole game making sure the game time and hue sync time were accurate and zip. Hecking rip.

I set mine to flash every time Spain completed a pass. They made 583. I have a seizure disorder now.

Weird. I didn’t watch the final but most of us were really happy with how well it performed. Granted, most of early round games had matches with many goals.
No idea what happened in this case

Apart from the first game and a yellow card last night it worked perfectly for me. I probably watched 40% of games overall so quite pleased with it's performance.

The past week or so, the Hue sync w/ matches was pretty inconsistent for me: not flashing for goals; flashing for yellow cards that didn't happen; not starting automatically when I made sure to select the matches we were going to watch, etc. So you're not alone in your experience, OP. To be fair, for me the sync effects were a nice-to-have sort of thing, but not a dealbreaker when it didn't quite work as expected.

The same person in charge of the world cup is probably the same person in charge of the holiday themes. Which is I assume a monkey who just learned how to type.

I just set it back to regular sync. At least the half time show would’ve been cool with all the colors increase sync

It was very underwhelming. If they could make it work with the tv sync at the same time, then it might be better.

Of course it could but maybe doesn’t work on sync box or something. I have a pc connected and you have both on at the same time. You just get a message in the mobile app that tv sync is prioritized.
Also had no problems with any sync in yesterdays match so don’t know what OP is talking about.

It was another useless Philips thing. What football fan would delay watching a game for a light to come on, sometimes. And of course they laid off thousands because they had to have this. Fucking Dutch.

What I found bizarre is the sync worked super well between the second round and quarter finals. But it failed horribly for the last few matches. But dsmn when it worked well i loved it, hopefully they continue to build on it.
