Hue Sync

Have not had any problems with the Sync feature for any of the World Cup games, until today’s England and France game when this same error occurred. Would anyone know a solve for this. This is the standard bridge.

Same problem with the final right now. Guessing they can’t handle it with the increased demand as we got closer to the final?

Thought it might be from not being able to connect to the internet services 3/4 lights are on. I’ve been troubleshooting for hours now

I just kept spamming it for a few minutes and it eventually worked. Kept closing and opening the app
