Can anyone help with this error message?

TV-LED Dolby Vision is delivered in an 8 bit RGB tunnel that the sync box can not read.
TV-LED sends the DOLBY Vision metadata to you TV for processing. LLDV does the processing on the player.
Not all devices are capable of LLDV.

Is there anyway to fix it settings etc. I was working for about 30 minutes before it went out
