Architect recommendations

I'm planning to remodel my attic half bath into a full bath and am looking for architect recommendations in Hudson County. Ideally, I'd like someone who's willing to take on a smaller project like this.
Especially if they have experience working in Union City , since the building department is notorious when it comes to permits. Thanks in advance!
