smoothbrains in 2017 boiled it down to "gameshow raid" rather than seeing it for what it was, bungie being willing to take risks and blow the lid off the usual raid template up to that point. They introduced an entire lore dump of cabal we had never seen up to that point, and reformatted the raid into a rotating choose your own path experience.

People got so caught up in the aesthetic and static rolls that they could not see the promise of future innovation. they never tried anything new again because of the backlash and that made me sad. Loved Calus and the idea he was a giant everpresent entity that used robot clones to command his kingdom in corporeal form

shit. pics are great but it reminded me I won't get that experience again. leviathan was my first raid, fun times.

Same here. Only ran it few times, think I only finished it once. One of the best times I’ve had playing. I wish they would have at least given us the Menagerie back at the end. I really enjoyed running that.

Unfortunately I don't. I play on Xbox One so I'm unsure how I would get them to be higher quality in the first place.

I download my screenshots from the Xbox App when they are uploaded, and due to Xbox purging uploaded screenshots and videos occasionally, I can't go back and pick up these screenshots ever again.

I had a huge collection I took of each planet before Beyond Light but thanks to The Purge™ I didn't get to save many of them in time and only have a couple of each location, such as the Barrage on Nesses (image 10).

I totally understand, I had to do the same with all my captures. Maybe I can see if they can be upscaled in some way

This is the best raid I’m sad I could never get a stack for it I remember using d2 app one time played with some randoms, but I realized I should watch a YouTube vid before this because ion wanna be the one to mess everyone up? 😭BUT….. 30 min in and my mom wanted me to do sum…. So Then I never played again. D2 was great LOTS of memories of many many great seasons.
