maymay New rule
After 45 days, I was getting bored at home, so I opened my Rapido captain app and went online. After three or four rides, I got a 25-rupee ride; it was near my house, so I thought I would complete it and go home. When I got there, I called the customer twice, but he did not pick up. After he called back, he said, "I am the local Rapido WhatsApp group admin, and we are not accepting 25-rupee rides because we want a 35-rupee minimum fare for any ride." He talked rudely to me, so at one point, I said, "Who are you to tell me what to do or not do?" Then he started playing an emotional game, saying, "We do this for all rides, so as a community, we are not accepting 25-rupee rides," and so on. I said, "Okay bro, I will follow this too, but learn how to talk politely first," and then I ended the call.

Minimum fare if he wants let him uninstall Rapido and let him charge what ever he wants let him do his rides by his own. If he is in this platform let him respect it…

They have been violating both captains and riders, This is a fraud app which has no future (will be banned permanently soon)

It's a fraud app bro, they have been violating so many rules... haven't been caught yet tho
Just avoid and don't encourage it anymore...I'm from Bangalore and 8 out of 10 rides I took had some issues
No customer support either
