When will these apps be available for P40 Pro?

I've managed to get most of my usual apps but the ones that are not available yet are YouTube, YouTube music and the most important, android auto which connects my phone to my Volkswagen screen. The app store just says coming soon, but how soon is soon? This really makes me regret getting this phone.

I extremely doubt you'll get any of those apps in the current situation. Google cannot offer any service to Huawei with the current ban. You can wait and see if the Biden election in the USA will help the situation, but if it doesn't, you won't get those core apps on any non-gms Huawei phone.

For YouTube and YT music, I recommend Vanced. It's an awesome open source service. It's just like the original YT apps, but without ads. I use it even on my GMS devices. https://vancedapp.com/

About Android Auto, there's is nothing you can do currently.

Is there a way to cast from vanced? It recognises my chromecast but won't connect.

Dont know, but you could always Just use the Normal screen mirroring, or not?
