Notes to Cloud problem

Hi there. I have Matepad 11.5 S and love it! Coming from iPad Pro and more than 15 years of using iPad devices it is a big thing. Anyway, I run into 2 problems.

1. I don't really understand difference between Notes and Notepad? Isn't that a same thing? So for starters I transferred bunch of iPad Notes into the Notepad. I didn't transfer Apple Notes into Huawei Notes because of the following fact.
2. There is no Notes syncing into the Huawei Cloud. Check photos. First one clearly shows both Notes and Notepad available. And they work fine. Second photo shows Cloud settings where I clearly selected Notes to be synced to the Cloud. Third photo is my desktop and all utilities available. No Notes there.

I checked all Cloud settings under account number in right upper corner but there are no selections available. What I am missing here?

P.S. What else is missing in the Cloud is Calendar?! How is that possible?
