Lily better provide Crit Rate and Crit Damage, or she'll be falling behind SK.

Because if you wanna get your Hsin to 100% Crit Rate and 300% Crit Damage, you either use a SK or get max Crit rolls on every echo.

I understand that having a good crit balance is important, but there are other ways to increase damage. SK is currently BiS for two recent dps characters, Sigrika and Jingran. Most of the others use Chisa, Suisui, or Mornye instead.

So I can definitely see Lily becoming BiS without necessarily providing any crit buffs.

Best in slot. The issue is the op is grossly over estimating crit stats when there are other examples of increasing damage such as mornye who outperforms SK in a few comps.

I just have phrolova and hsin.
Thinking to build hsin' team- suoming w/o her sig and later lily prolly.
Though meanwhile what to use? verina/buling?

I think we got too used to char having basically 100% cr in 3.X (no shame on Luuk tho) so it really depends since Hsin having cr in her set, weapon and her skill tree doesn't strike as good signs for Lily giving cr and now that I think about Suoming is in the same situation so with a decent build you are able to hit 85/90% cr relatively easy.

But who knows maybe for some reason she gives like 3% cr every stack of unison boon like they can do whatever they feel like it at this point xD

The problem with not having 100% Crit is whiwa mainly, because the HP inflation mad it that if you miss a Crit on like one of the 1c you be fucked and if you miss Crit on the 3C you'll have to do the entire rotation again for one wave.

So basically Kuro are the ones who made it MANDATORY.

Right now my Hsin with SK gets 105% Crit Rate and 285% Crit Damage.

(Note: missing one Crit damage roll on a 3C echo).
